Stanley J. Narkier, Esq., is a licensed attorney and certified mediator practicing in Palm Beach County, Florida. Mr. Narkier has been in private practice since 1971. He represents a wide range of clients in nearly all areas of civil litigation. As a mediator, he has helped parties reach amicable resolutions in well over 2000 cases.
Mr. Narkier is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, obtaining his Juris Doctor in March 1971. Shortly thereafter, on June 4, 1971, he was admitted to the practice of law in Florida. Upon admission to the bar, he became an associate of a sole practitioner specializing in insurance defense work and, within one year, became a full partner. He is happily married and has three children.

Stanley J. Narkier has practiced law for more than 48 years. During his first eleven years of practice, Mr. Narkier represented primarily major insurance carriers and self-insureds in defense of cases in circuit court and workers' compensation proceedings. Until his semi-retirement at the end of 2017, Mr. Narkier represented injured workers, uninsured employers, and one of the nation's largest insurance carriers. Mr. Narkier also handled corporate insurance premium disputes, real estate transactions, and personal injury cases. In 2019, U. S. News & World Report named Mr. Narkier as one of the Best Law Firms in Florida with a First Tier Ranking in Workers' Compensation.
Mediations
Out of a desire to explore alternative methods of dispute resolutions, Mr. Narkier decided to become a Certified Circuit Mediator, successfully completing the required training by December 1994. In March 1995, Mr. Narkier completed the requisite number of "mentor mediations" with a well-respected retired circuit court judge as a co-mediator and, shortly thereafter, received his statewide mediation certification from the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Mediator (Certification #6396R). Mr. Narkier has successfully mediated in excess of 2000 cases in both circuit court and workers' compensation cases. He is currently a member of The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc.
